Virus Monitoring Service |
Dr.Web global monitoring network collects samples of new viruses from all over the world. Updates to Dr.Web virus database are released as soon as new entries are added – up to several times per hour.
"Hot" add-ons are released as soon as a new threat is caught and analyzed.

Highly qualified stuff of the Technical Support service of Doctor Web, Ltd. is committed to rendering prompt services to Dr.Web registered customers. The support services are given in Russian, English, French, German and Japanese languages. |

The distribution of Dr.Web’s security products is based upon its channel partners. Doctor Web, Ltd. does not provide direct sales of the products to end users.
The company’s main concern, in cooperation with its partners, is to avoid conflicts of interest. When shipping the anti-virus programs, our main competitive advantage is not in low prices, but in a higher quality product for the end user, the level of pre-sale work and after-sale service. |
